Fuse Ladder Hardcore
A Fuse Ladder based class for the fit and athletic individuals seeking more gains in strength and body conditioning. This challenging class is programmed with movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, lunges, climbing and hanging. Hardcore classes will also include intermediate-advanced whole body exercises such as Pilates and Barre.
The Fuse Ladder is a versatile Pilates apparatus combining elements of a ladder and barre with adjustable resistance bands. It’s designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance through creative, full-body movements, making it suitable for all fitness levels.
