BOUNCE FUSION

​

Take your Pilates practice to the next level with this intermediate/advanced reformer jumping class! Combining dynamic jump board sequences with props like resistance bands, weights, and balls, this class offers a full-body workout that’s as challenging as it is fun. Focus on Pilates principles-control, precision, and flow—while building strength, endurance, and coordination. Expect a heart-pumping session that strengthens your core, tones your muscles, and leaves you feeling energized and empowered! 

TRX FUSION​

You will start by warming up on the reformer and transitioning to the TRX, this class is designed for the athlete in you! Packed with explosive, full-body movements and intense core work, this class will push your strength, endurance, and stability to the max. Expect a high-energy session with minimal breaks that will leave your muscles burning and your body feeling unstoppable. As always modifications will be given.

RESTORE AND STRETCH​

Unwind, lengthen, and realign in Reformer Restore, a soothing class designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and core connection. Using gentle reformer-based movements, this session focuses on mindful stretching, dynamic mobility, and calming breathwork. Ideal for all levels, it’s the perfect way to release tension, improve posture, and leave feeling centered and balanced. Gentle music, low lights and a calming vibe.

REFORMER/MAT FUSION​

Build strength, balance, and mobility from the ground up! Half of class is spent on the reformer, using resistance and support to guide your movement, and the other half on the mat, where you’ll discover how to carry that strength and control into bodyweight exercises. Designed for beginner to intermediate levels, this class will help you create a solid mat/reformer Pilates foundation while keeping things fresh!!

REFORMER FUSION (MIXED EQUIPMENT)​

Ready to move, shake, and sweat? Reformer Fusion is your new favorite fusion class that combines the dynamic flow of the Pilates Reformer with the strength, stretch, and vertical fun of the Fuse Ladder and other types of equipment. This intermediate-level class brings the best of both worlds into one energizing, full-body experience.

Expect creative combos, core-powered movement, and just the right mix of control and cardio. Whether you’re climbing high or gliding low, we’ll offer plenty of modifications and progressions so you can challenge yourself and have a blast doing it.

This is where strength meets stretch, and power meets play—come climb into your core, and leave feeling strong, sweaty, and smiling.

PROGRESSIVE FLOW (INTERMEDIATE REFORMER)​

Intermediate class, building on the core foundations. A steadier pace to keep you challenged while adding layers of progressions. We will also start utilizing props such as a Pilates mini ball, magic circle, or small dumbbells. It is strongly recommended that you take at least 5 Flow Foundations classes so you can start to build an understanding of the practice and make that mind-body connection.

POWER SCULPT (REFORMER/MAT)​

Get ready to sweat, sculpt, and smile! This 50-minute intermediate reformer/Mat Pilates class takes your favorite modern pilates movements and turns up the intensity with booty bands, light weights, and a Pilates mini ball. You’ll move through energizing sequences designed to tone your arms, lift your glutes, strengthen your core, and challenge your balance. With playful variations and a total-body flow, this class keeps you moving, motivated, and feeling strong from head to toe. Uplifting, challenging, and fun — a perfect blend of contemporary Pilates and modern strength training!

FUSE LADDER FUSION​

Your class will start on the reformer moving through an all levels flow class and transitioning to the Fuse ladder. The Fuse Ladder is a versatile Pilates apparatus combining elements of a ladder and barre with adjustable resistance bands. It’s designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance through creative, full-body movements, making it suitable for all fitness levels.

FLOW FOUNDATIONS (BEGINNER REFORMER)​

Come build a foundation and understanding of the traditional practice of Pilates. At Positively Pilates we feel it is important to learn how the core exercises feel, as well as to learn common Pilates verbiage. You’ll feel challenged by working your core connection, stability, mobility, balance and overall body awareness. This class is the place to start for someone with little to no reformer experience.

FLOW AND FLEX​

Get the best of both worlds in this motivating and restorative 50-minute session. The first half flows seamlessly through a moderate reformer workout, designed to build strength, improve alignment, and get your body moving with purpose. Then, shift gears into dynamic stretching to lengthen tight muscles, release tension, and restore balance. You’ll leave feeling strong, open, and ready to take on the day—mind, body, and soul.

DYNAMIC FLOW PREP (PREP FOR ADVANCED REFORMER)​

Ready to level up your Pilates practice? Dynamic Flow Prep is your next step after Progressive Flow—a strong, energizing class designed for intermediate to advanced clients who are looking to build the strength, balance, control, and confidence needed for our most challenging flows. Expect creative sequences, smooth transitions, and dynamic movement patterns that push your coordination, core stability, and endurance. This class lays the foundation for Dynamic Flow while giving you a powerful full-body workout. Let’s move with intention and get ready to flow like never before.

DYNAMIC FLOW (ADVANCED REFORMER)​

Move, sweat, and feel powerful! Designed for clients with extensive Pilates Reformer experience. must have a foundation of classical pilates. This class combines dynamic, core-focused exercises and standing work with flowing transitions for a total-body workout. You’ll experience more advanced sequences that build endurance, improve posture, and strengthen every muscle group. It is recommended that you are experienced with our Progressive flow. This is advanced and fast-paced.
